How to install the pallet stretch wrapping machine?

How to use the pallet stretch wrapper machine?
The machine is in the initial position, fix the film on the turntable or goods, press the automatic operation button, the turntable start to accelerate to the set speed, the film will be output automatically with the turntable operation, and at the same time the turntable technology will be set. When it reaches the set value at the bottom, the film frame will rise, and if you press "strengthen" during the rising process, the film frame will be suspended. When it reaches the set number of reinforcement turns, the film frame will continue to rise. When it reaches the set number of reinforcing turns, the film frame will continue to rise. When the film frame goes up to the point that the photoelectric switch can not irradiate the goods, it will execute the time delay set After the film frame stops rising, the up and down times are counted once, the turntable continues to run and counts, and when the set number of top laps is reached, the film frame continues to rise. Troubleshooting for the pallet wrapping machine?
1 Keep the chain inside and outside links lubricated, add HJ20-HJ40 mechanical oil, when the film frame moves up and down with jittering phenomenon, it can be eliminated by tightening the chain.
2 When the turntable slows down or slips, open the motor cover of the turntable, loosen the four connecting bolts on the reducer mounting plate, then adjust the two tightening bolts evenly clockwise to achieve the required tightening force and tighten the four connecting bolts, the machine should adjust the chain tightening after 10-15 days of continuous use.
3 lifting, chassis and film frame drive is through the worm gear governor to complete the variable speed, in the use of the process, please use the following requirements:
a: the use of intrusion oil lubrication reducer, intrusion oil depth of the worm under the turbine or the side of the worm, for the worm full tooth height, above the worm outer diameter of 1/3;
b: recommended to use synthetic worm oil 200# (kinematic viscosity of 320 at 40℃);
c: 1/2 of the oil mirror if there is an oil mirror, the center distance a=63mm is recommended to add 400ml
d:The oil must be replaced after 7-14 days of operation and once every 1 year thereafter.
e:The ambient temperature should be -40-+40℃ below 0℃ with low freezing point lubricant.
f: Gear reducer adopts grease lubrication, no need to replace grease during use, or replace according to the actual situation.
4 When placing the goods package should be as smooth and light as possible, so as not to deform the chassis or shorten the life of the machine parts.
5 The goods should not exceed the design packaging height, otherwise, it will affect the packaging effect.
6 The goods should be placed within the turntable, if the goods are too large beyond the range of 100mm or according to the actual space of the machine operation, otherwise it will probably damage the machine.
7 The electrical cabinet should be closed, and the electrical parts and electrical connections should be cleaned and checked regularly to ensure that the equipment is used properly. Normal use.
