Automatic labeling machine is a equipment that applies paper or metal foil labels to a defined packaging container with an adhesive（self-adhesive label). Labeling
machine structure:

Unwinding wheel. The passive wheel is used to place the roll label. Usually
equipped with adjustable friction brake device, the purpose is to control the
speed of the reel and tensioning force, to maintain a smooth delivery of paper
label.
2.
Buffer wheel. Connected with the spring. Can swing back and forth. The purpose
is to absorb the tension of the roll material when the device is started to
keep the material in contact with the rolls to prevent material breakage.
3.
Guide roller. It is composed of two up and down, which plays the role of
guiding and positioning of the roll material.
4.
Drive roller. Composed of a group of active friction wheels. Usually one is a
rubber roller, one is a metal roller, and the bottom paper passes between them.
Role is to drive the roll material, to achieve normal labeling.
5.
Reel wheel. The active wheel with friction transmission device, the role is to
rewind the bottom paper after labeling. Receiving the rotation of the paper
wheel to receive the paper with the drive wheel for the paper does not
interfere with each other, synchronous transmission by the friction device
adjustment.
6.
Peel plate. One end of the off-board angle (generally less than 30 °), the purpose
is to make the bottom of the paper in the peeling plate to change direction,
the label is easy to label, off the bottom of the paper, to achieve contact
with the labeling object.
7.
Labeling roller. The label is evenly and flatly applied to the object to be
labeled.
