Q1. Where is your location?

A: We are located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, which is Southeast of China，from Shanghai by air 50 minutes，by high speed train takes 3 hours.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We have our own production base in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province, our city is packing machinery base in China. We do both production and trading, so can provide full around packing machines to the customers.

Q3. How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A: Each machine will be test running at least 2-3 days before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q4. What’s the payment term?

A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by irrevocable L/C at sight, West union or PayPal.

Q5. How can guarantee our payment safe?

A: As long as your payment send to our official bank account, it will be safe, our company gain the city and province government honor and is AAA grade company. We have long term good reputation in this field.

Q6. What is the production time after placing order?

A: Normally takes about 10-40 days, depends different machine you order.

Q7. What is the delivery time?

A: 15-45 days after paid advance payment. It needs about one week to ten days for arrange the shipping, not everyday has vessel to your country.

Q8. What is the machine warranty?

A: Normally one year. After the warranty time, we still provide technical support to our buyer at lowest cost.

Q9. Can Kingsun Company handle shipping for customers?

A: Yes, just provide us destination port or inland place, or nearest airport.

Q10. Does the packing box strong enough for long distance transportation?

A: Yes. We use moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging box which is fit for sea and long-distance road transportation. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals is included.

Q11. How about the machine installation and training?

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training. You shall pay the round-trip air fare and accommodations, plus each technician charges USD100/per day. 3) We will provide remote technical support through video meeting online or voice. Guide your operators to run machine well.

Q12. Do you have any machines in stock?

A: For standard model, we have a certain quantity in stock. For special model, we need 20-40 days to produce it for you.

Q13. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A: Of course we do it strictly. We have QC department to test the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

Q14. Do you accept factory visiting?

A: We warm welcome you to visit us.

Q15. How many years are you in the packing machine field?

A: Our company has 20 years; the factory has more than 25 years.

Q16. How many customers do you have now?

A: We have sold our machines to over 65 countries. Every year has more than 300 set machines export to different countries. Now we have more than 2000 customers worldwide.
