1 Introduction:
This series of anti-corrosion filling machine is high-tech filling equipment controlled by PLC microcomputer program, integrating light, machine, electricity, transmission and pneumatic execution.
The whole machine is made of non-corrosive non-metal. The submerged filling function is set, which can effectively eliminate the generation of foam. It is mainly used for the packaging of chemical products such as toilet cleaning liquid detergent, sulfuric acid, 84 disinfectant, gel water, etc. It can be applied to the packaging of various bottle types including heterosexual bottles.
2. Performance:
It is highly corrosive for special acid-base solutions. The materials contacted by this product are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The linear filling machine produced by our company has been redesigned based on reference to similar foreign products, and some additional functions have been added.
